About Rick Mahn

I've been in the real estate arena since 1989 where I started with a Century 21 office in the San Fernando Valley. Since my beginnings there, I've continued with my education in real estate and obtained my Broker's license.

I worked mainly in the San Fernando Valley until early in 2000 when I moved with my wife to a marvelous community called Friendly Valley in Santa Clarita. We fell in love with the community, its layout and multitude of activities, and decided to focus primarily with the adults only markets of Friendly Valley and Belcaro.

Since then, I've devoted my activities to learning all I can about the "Baby Boomers" and their requirements for planning and acquiring homes and activities that compliment and accentuate the life styles that they want to become accustomed to for the "Next Phase."

With that in mind, I feel that anyone who is at or nearing the 55+ age group can't go wrong in working with me and my staff to help in an easy transition from the "working world" into a home and life style that you are looking to achieve.
