Belcaro

Belcaro is a newer community that completed construction in 2004 located in the heart of the Santa Clarita Valley about 10 miles from Magic Mountain located just north of Los Angeles, California.

It is an adults only community (55+) built with the active senior in mind.

There are approximately 300 homes ranging in square footage from 1700 up to 2700 and, even though some are two story, they are built with all of the living quarters contained on the ground floor. Two story models feature bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs for extra living space or guest quarters.

The amenities of the community include tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, swimming pool and Jacuzzi (heated all year round), a magnificent club house with meeting rooms, internet access, exercise facility, and a snack bar/lounge.

Belcaro is a gate-guarded community with guards on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the security of the residents.

These homes are built and designed for the active seniors.
